Register with Ohio Veterans Outdoors

If you would like to register with Ohio Veterans Outdoors, please fill in this FORM and send it to Mail@OHVetsOutdoors.org along with a copy of your Service Verification Document (DD-214, Military ID, VA ID Card) with your SSN and any other sensitive information blacked out.

Donate w/ PayPal.  Your donations help our Wounded and Disabled Veterans get into the outdoors.  Outdoor activities such as fishing, hiking, kayaking, and hunting help Veterans: manage stress, anxiety, symptoms of PTSD and depression; connect with their fellow Veterans; improve and maintain their health; and support wildlife management and habitat conservation.  A $25 donation provides a Federal Duck Stamp for one Veteran, $50 buys two Veterans life-vests for kayaking.  A $100 donation can take a Veteran fishing for a day and even send him home with this own fishing tackle.  A $500 gift can provide food, lodging, and licenses for a 4-Veteran deer hunt weekend.  THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR SUPPORT!

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR SERVICE!

Volunteer.  OVO can always use your help.  Outdoorsmen and women provide guidance and expertise on fishing, hunting, and other activities.  We always need to eat well, so Chefs, Cooks, Pit-Bosses, and Food Prep help are always welcomed.  The logistics of licensing, feeding, lodging, transportation, and of hosting 6 to 8 Veterans for a 3-day fishing trip is not necessarily complex but it does require a lot of manpowerAdministrative support such as social media updates, mailing newsletters and donation request/thank you letters, keeping the databases up to date, taking minutes at Board meetings, and book-keeping help is needed too.  Don’t have any of the above skillsets?  We can still use your help picking up food, for transportation, fundraising (asking for donations, manning Info Booths, etc.), and other help during events.

Email mail@ohvetsoutdoors.org with Subject Line: ‘Volunteer‘ and tell us what you would like to provide or ask us where we could use your help THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR SUPPORT!
